What are the 2–3 tasks that eat the most of your time each week?

When you get swamped, what's the first thing that slips or gets dropped?

What's a task you do over and over that you've thought "a computer should be able to do this"?

03Patients & follow-up

How do new patients currently find and book you?

After a visit, how do you handle follow-ups, rebooking, and reminders today — and what falls through the cracks?

What tools or software does the practice run on right now? Booking, EMR/PatientNow, texting, email, anything.

04Content & social media

Who handles your Instagram / social posts today, and how often does something actually go out?

When you do post, what's the bottleneck?

Drop links to 2–3 of your posts or reels that felt the most "you" The ones you'd want more of.

If your socials ran themselves for a month, what would you want to see happen? More bookings, more followers, more reviews, just consistency — whatever it is.
